Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Our products are sold to businesses, contractors and government bodies — not to consumers for personal use.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Specifications, prices and lead times are subject to change without prior notice.
• An order is only confirmed after we receive a signed Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed advance payment.
• Taxes (GST, IGST, CGST + SGST) are charged extra as applicable on the date of dispatch.

• Standard terms: 50% advance with PO, balance against proforma invoice before dispatch (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Payments are accepted via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS to our designated bank account only.
• We do not accept cash payments above statutory limits prescribed by Indian law.

Delivery is typically 7–21 working days from the date of advance receipt, depending on the model and customisation.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the consignment leaves our factory (Ex-Works basis), unless an FOR-Destination contract has been agreed. Insurance during transit is the buyer's responsibility unless purchased separately.

On request and at additional cost, our service engineers can install and commission the unit at your site.

The buyer must arrange power, water and crane / forklift access. Travel and lodging for engineers are charged at actuals.

• 12 months from invoice date against manufacturing defects on the chassis, fan assembly, motor housing and water tank.
• Bought-out items (motors, pumps, panels, nozzles, hoses) carry the warranty of the original equipment manufacturer.
• Warranty is void if the machine is operated outside the design parameters, run on improper voltage / water quality, modified without our consent, or damaged in transit / handling.
• Wear & tear items (gaskets, bearings, brass nozzle inserts, rubber hoses) are excluded from warranty.

Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

For standard orders, advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future orders subject to mutual agreement. We do not accept returns unless a verified manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, drawings, specification sheets, the "ECS-30 / ECS-50 / ECS-100" naming, and the Empower Concrete Solution logo — is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.

• You agree not to attempt to hack, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site.
• You agree not to use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent content.
• We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these Terms.

Except where prohibited by Indian law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or service shall not exceed the invoice value of that product or service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of profits, downtime, or third-party claims.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, pandemics or labour strikes
• Government action or regulatory changes
• Transport disruptions or supply-chain failures

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
