Mobile Dust Suppression for Rough Terrain

The tractor operated Anti Smog Gun puts the entire ECS-30 / ECS-50 platform on a heavy trolley with reinforced chassis, both-side towing hook and rugged nylon tyres — so a single tractor can move the unit anywhere on site. Run continuous fog at active mining faces, follow stockpile reclamation operations, irrigate fields, or position for highway and rural road dust control. Same proven 90% dust capture, 25% lower water consumption, but fully mobile.

Common Questions

How is this different from the standard Anti Smog Gun?
Mechanically the cannon is identical (ECS-30 / ECS-50). The tractor-operated version uses a strengthened trolley chassis, larger off-road tyres, both-side towing hook and an optional PTO / onboard-diesel power package — making it suitable for unpaved roads, mining haul tracks, fields and remote sites.

What tractor HP is required to tow it?
For ECS-30 (~410–450 kg) any 35 HP+ tractor is sufficient. For ECS-50 (~525–565 kg) a 45 HP+ tractor is recommended, especially on inclined mining roads. We can also supply a custom-built drawbar adapter to suit your specific tractor model.

Can it run while being towed?
Operation while moving is possible only with the PTO-driven or diesel-engine variant. Standard electric models need a 440 V supply or onboard generator and are typically operated stationary at the active dust source, then repositioned by the tractor as needed.

Is the trolley road-legal for highway transport?
The trolley is designed for off-road and intra-site movement. For inter-state highway transport we ship the unit on a flatbed truck — please check our Truck Mounted Anti Smog Gun if you need a fully road-legal mobile unit.

What is the warranty?
12 months warranty against manufacturing defects from dispatch date. Tyres, rubber parts, seals, blades and springs are excluded as they are consumables.
